Anna Debenham is the founder of The Insight Alliance in Portland, Oregon. The Insight Alliance is an amazing organisation that works to support people in the criminal justice system in the US through their very successful program, Insight to Wellbeing. They've established a real community for those they’ve worked with to help with their transition back into civil society.
This conversation points to the fact that we all have innate wellbeing at our core. How profound it can be for people to learn that fact for themselves and the possibilities that has to change the trajectory of their lives.
